Atwood’s A-List – Terms & Conditions

The Atwood Aesthetics Circle (“Program”) is a voluntary rewards program offered by Atwood Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics to thank patients for choosing our elective and aesthetic services. Participation in the Program is free and subject to these Terms & Conditions.

Points may be earned and redeemed only on elective, self-pay services performed at Atwood Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics. Insurance-billed or medically necessary services are specifically excluded and do not qualify for earning or redeeming points. Any co-pays, deductibles, or other insurance-related patient balances are not eligible.

Points and rewards accrued under the Program have no cash value, are non-refundable, and are non-transferable to any other person, practice, or account. They may be used only toward eligible elective services at Atwood Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics.

Participation in the Program does not influence the medical judgment, recommendations, or decisions of our providers regarding your care. All treatment plans and recommendations are based solely on your individual clinical needs and best interests.

Atwood Plastic Surgery & Aesthetics reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue the Program or its Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Accrued points may expire or become invalid if the Program is terminated.

Any information collected to administer the Program will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.

Enrollment or participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
