Breast lift with breast augmentation

Case Details

36 year old patient who desired a breast lift with a significant increase in volume after the ptosis and deflation caused by multiple pregnancies. She has Allergan Natrelle SSF-365cc placed in a dual plane. She also had liposuction of the axillary (armpit) fullness just above the breasts which resulted in a smoother transition from the arm and armpit to the breast.
