Case Details

33 year old female who wanted her body back after giving birth and weight fluctuations. Desired a significant increase in breast size as well as excess skin removed from her abdomen. She had a breast lift with augmentation. Galaflex mesh was used for extra lower pole support. Allergan Natrelle SSF-485cc implants were placed in the dual plane after a small reduction was performed on the left for symmetry. She also had fat transfer to medial breasts to soften the superior implant and create a more natural cleavage medially than can be done with implant alone. Finally, she had a full lipoabdominoplasty (tummy tuck with abdominal and waist liposuction) with rectus muscle plication.
